Galaxy Buds problem(under warranty)

Hi, I own an s10 and I use galaxy buds along with it and I had many problems with my galaxy buds, firstly during the call sometimes a weird metal crackling sound is observed by the other person and also while listening to podcasts(voice basically) audio from left earbud crackles a lot but the right one doesn''t and talking about the battery life the case battery has degraded a lot only after 2months of usage (I think it is a defect from beginning but I didn''t notice) now it is not even charging half battery of earbuds and at last the left earbud drains a lot faster than right and it is unusable after 1hr of usage which is claimed to be 6hrs by Samsung. I own every flagship from s7 and almost every flagship accessory but this one made me very disappointing in terms of quality.
