Galaxy Buds + not connecting

Hi. My phone can't connect to my buds +. 

1.I tried to close the charging case and open... No connection
 2. I tried putting them I my ears and and press touchpads... Still nothing, even they make NO SOUND. 
3. Galaxy wearable app does not pick them up, even my phone does not with Bluetooth

Insert the earbuds into the charging case, and then close the lid. Wait 7 seconds or more, and then remove the earbuds from the case. 

Should this not work kindly take the buds to an accredited service centre for an inspection. Use the link below to find a service centre near you

How? Where? The only thing they do, is charge...

Normally your app can reset them for you. But since they not connecting.
Performing a restart on the earbuds, resetting the Bluetooth connection, or updating the Galaxy Wearable app will normally fix the issue.
