Galaxy Buds live

  My buds live one of them(right) has very low sound when I connect both earpic. Is there any solution how fix it guys

Did you drop your earbud in water or blow air into it ?

The same thing happened with my Galaxy Buds+. I took out the silicon tips and took a Q-tip, soaked it with a little amount of water and removed all the dirt lodged in the speaker section of the earbud and it works fine now. Hope this helps you out!
