My galaxy buds pro mic is not working properly. My voice is low during calls so my friends are not hearing my voice properly. What should I do?

Try reset option in galaxy wearable app and if that doesn't work call customer care and complete about it if no physical damage occurred to the buds they fix them or offer you a replacement .
