Galaxy Buds Plus Disconnected

I received my Galaxy Buds Plus today...but while connecting the left side always shows disconnected while I can see the status for right bud and also the case..till now I have tried every possible technique to switch the left bud on but no luck..Have reset the buds twice still the same...please help what should I do? its a brand new buds only...

same time disconnect both buds

and again connect with Galaxy wearable
and use it it work properly

and otherwise not work both buds put in case and again use at any time work properly

sometimes i am suffering from thi issues

i have also ordered buds Plus but didn't got upto now,
is prolem resolved or not, please advise me otherwise can i cancel my order & get refund in my account back???

no its not resolved till now..I have gone to the service centre and have returned the buds plus to them for Samsung to replace the device...yes you can cancel your order in the samsung shop app if the status is approved till now..
