Samsung Team,

 

This is to request you for the return and refund of Samsung Galaxy Buds Live (Bronze), bought from Samsung Smartphone Café, Ameerpet, Hyderabad (Moorty & Sons) on 29th August 2020, as the product received is of extremely poor quality product, besides the poor service received for the resolution of  resolution of the issue.

Right out of the box,  the earbuds had following problems- 

 

  • Unusable call quality -
    • strange intermittent sound (chirping and popping) while making calls.
    • Frequent disconnection of earbuds, esp. Left bud.
    • Lack of synchronization between buds
    • Caller on the other side reporting of poor voice quality
  • Poor Bluetooth connection - connection lost frequently (both of one of the buds) even while holding the phone in hand
  • Lack of Synchronization between Left and Right buds, extremely frequently while making calls.

 

I am appalled by the poor quality and poor service by a reputed company, like Samsung. Being an tech enthusiast and early adopter of gadgets, I am not used to such poor products or such poor service. Hope this is one off issue.
