Roughly about 2 months back I received my earbuds (Galaxy Buds Live),as a gift from samsung for my upgrade to the s22 ultra.
I've tried many times to use it but the quality is so bad. It's so soft or sounds far away.
I've made sure it's placed correctly in my ear but still the same. I've asked my husband to test and he said the same. Any tips or settings? Or could it be faulty?
Firstly I would like to ask about the promo gift for s22 ultra is buds live?? I thought it should be buds pro......anyways I could be wrong. When I got the note 20 I was sent a pair of buds live. I didn't use them for long cause i struggled with being secure that they won't fall out of my ears. Youtube videos helped me with figuring out how best to wear them for best results. They are kinda tricky to wear properly. If that isn't the problem then I am sorry for not being helpful.
