Galaxy Buds Live - Unusable mic quality

I have been using Galaxy Buds Live since the last 8 months and I absolutely loved the sound and mic quality.

Now, since the last 2 months, the mic is picking up a lot of background noises instead of cancelling them out. As a result of which, my voice is barely audible to the caller.

I'm attaching a recorded voice clip for reference, you can hear the sound of the ceiling fan louder than my voice, something no other earphones had trouble supressing (including phone's mic)

I tried factory resetting the buds multiple times and even tested them on different phones, but nothing helped.

Anyone have any idea about how I may rectify this issue?

Did it also stop charging wirelessly? Like it shows it is charging, but it doesn't even if I leave it overnight
