My Galaxy Buds + are not Working since yest...The left one is not getting connectef to any device.

Take your buds plus to the nearest Samsung service centre . They will take the buds plus and give you a DOA certificate.

2. Then scan that certificate and send it to support.estore@samsung.com.

3. After verification they will send the COUPON .

4. Redeem it from Samsung shopping app.

discharge buds completely and charge for 2-3 hours. reset buds

I have a similar problem with my brand new buds+, but with the right unit. Tried reset, but not working still

I was able to solve by completely discharging, resetting, removing wearable and charging the case for 4-5 hours

Let me try this out. Tried calling online support as well as call support, did not help my cause

btw the Gold charging points on my left bud has gone a little blackish
