Galaxy Buds FE issues

Galaxy Buds FE have been good so far. However on Monday (23 September 2024) I experienced an issue; the right bud was making a buzzing noise and I fixed that by reseting the buds and cleaning them. Today (25 September 2024) the left bud is making a wind noise whenever I use Ambient or Active Noise Cancelation, I have done all the tips and tricks to resolve this issue but still. On the wearables app, it states that the left bud is not sealed tightly while it is. I am really disappointed 😞. Might as well switch brands.

Nothing can be done, unfortunately. The only solution is to return them so they can give you a new pair.

I have the Galaxy Buds FE. I have not had this problem before.

I had a faulty unit. Fortunately, it was replaced.

I bought them on Takealot. And the seller replaced them. 🙏
