Even after this doesn't fix it
It's a software bug or hardware error and needs replacement

I have been using Samsung products for 14 years and this is the first time I've felt disappointed by such an occurrence. I love Samsung products, which is why I've been using my Buds 3 Pro for a year. I'm finally addressing the build quality of the Buds 3 Pro.
