recently attempted to change my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro ear tips from medium to large, as the medium size did not fit well. While carefully removing the medium ear tip, it tore apart, making it unusable. After checking online, I discovered that several other users—including well-known tech reviewers on YouTube—have reported similar problems with the ear tip quality on the Buds 3 Pro. This suggests that it could be a recurring manufacturing defect rather than isolated user damage. Given that this affects usability and is not due to mishandling, I would like to know if Samsung’s warranty in the UAE covers replacement in such cases.

Try visiting Samsung Dubai and ask them about repairs and it might replace if under warranty
