when Galaxy buds 2 is used and my mobile in my left pocket, no 1 can hear me and same case with my old galaxy buds, any solution?

Hi Falyassi, are you sure that it works fine in your right pocket? Also, are you able to hear the other person? What about while playing music?

Hi mohammed, playing music has no issue, in mh right pocket its working OK.. the issue is with left side even if im holding the phone down with my left hand same issue is there.. im able to hear the caller but they are not able to hear me

its not related to any issue, same i have with my old galaxy buds.. most propably its related to software

》Please check your device software is up-to-date .
(Settings > Software update > Download and install)
》Update all apps from both Playstore and Galaxy store.
》Update buds software. (Open Galaxy wearable app > About Ear buds > Update)
》Reset Your buds. (Wearable app > About buds > Reset)
》Perform a forced restart. (Press and hold the power button and volume down button together for 10-15 seconds till phone restarts and shows the Samsung logo.)

tried all of the above.. what im saying its not something new.. so samsung should reolve in comming release
