Whatever you do, don't buy GW4, the advertised features use Samsung Health Monitor, a different app to Samsung Health and it does not work in most countries of the world.

Doesn't matter! You need that app, Samsung Health Monitor, and in Zimbabwe as it stands it doesn't work no ECG and BP Monitor something they don't say anywhere at all in all their marketing material.

Go to Galaxy Store and read reviews on that app from around the world and you will see

remove sim card and clear the app data, use a vpn to change the location to a supported country such as the US and open the app again. Continue setup and close the app and reinsert sim card + disconnect the vpn
