GALAXY BUD RIGHT SIDE BATTERY DRAINAGE

Im using galaxy buds from past 1 month,suddenly from past 2 days after charging the case and with 100% battery for both buds.My Right side bud just got drained in half an hour from 100 to 15% and my left bud is still at 90% dont know what the issue tried reset,Software is up to date,Turned Touchpad Off also still right bud is draining, Need replacement or help.Samsung service centre has no reply.

visit authorized service center. they will replace the buds.

Contact the customer service they would help you . If the product is in warranty , visit the authorised service centre they would offer replacement .

I have also faced this issue !! and i took the device to the service centre, though my device was under warranty, they replaced me the device with new one
