Why does the health monitor still not work in South Africa?! That was the only reason I spent more money on this watch was this feature...(blood pressure, oxygen ect.) Absolutely no reason to change to the Watch 4, as nobody knows which features will actually work. Feedback please...

So basically Samsung SA sells watered down products that do not offer the same features as their overseas counterparts but they charge the same prices? What rights and provisioning needs to take place? It's an advertised feature it should work.
