Soooooo, i got my S21 Ultra on 28 January, figured out my Reward of my pair of free Buds Pro, entered my info and uploaded my proof of purchase and submitted. Began following up with the team at Samsung and doing daily follow ups and calls, sometime not getting the answers i was hoping for, and to my surprise i got a photo from my wife of my Buds Pro which were delivered earlier this week while i am away. Looking forward to getting home tomorrow to start enjoying them. 😃😃😃😃
An ever better surprise, not only did i get my amazing Buds Pro, which are brilliant, but the team at Samsung also sent me the Galaxy Smart Tag. Super impressed with Samsung!.
