Formal Complaint regarding the Quality of Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 Strap (Blue)

​I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the quality of the Galaxy Watch 7 (Blue strap) that I recently purchased.

​After a short period of normal use, I noticed that the blue outer layer of the strap is starting to "wear off," revealing a black color underneath. This significantly affects the aesthetic appearance of the watch, which is not what I expected from a premium Samsung product.

​As a loyal user of your products, I am surprised to encounter such a manufacturing or material quality issue so soon, especially since the watch has been used under normal conditions and has not been exposed to any harsh chemicals or environments.

Based on this, I kindly request the following:

  1. ​Confirmation if this defect is covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  2. ​A replacement strap of the original expected quality.
​I have attached (or will attach) clear photos showing the color fading and the underlying black material.

I understand your disappointment.
But in attached image I do not seen any evidence of what you described.

Like blue colour peeling and showing black colour underneath.

Check warranty policy of this strap/band, I think normally it's 6 month.

Understood now. So it means these bands are not thoroughly coloured.

Anyways post complaint to Samsung and see if they can replace.
