How do you sync your watch to the phone, and I'm referring in the context of Sumsang Health. My watch data does not pull through to the phone, even when I click "show to phone". 

And please do tell me to restart, because Sam has hidden the restart buttons from me, due to frequent use 😭😭

Thank you for reaching out to us and apologies for the inconvenience.

Ensure that your Samsung health app, device nd your watch are all updated.

To update your smart watch:

1. On your mobile device, open the Galaxy Wearable app.
2. Select Watch settings.
3. Select Watch software update.
4. Select either Install now or Install overnight.

Reset your watch.

If you have the Reactivation lock enabled, disable it before resetting your smartwatch.

To enable or disable the Reactivation lock:

1. On your connected device, open the Galaxy Wearable app.
2. Select Find My Watch.
3. Select Set security.
3.1. If you can't see SET SECURITY, you may need to select turn on Remote connection first.
4. Select Lock watch.
5. Select the switch to enable or disable the lock.
6. Enter a four digit PIN and select Done.


To reset your watch:

1. Press the home button on the watch.
2. Swipe down on the face of the watch.
3. Select the settings icon.
4. Select General.
5. Select Reset.
6. Select Reset again.
