Earphones not connecting

Hi, help needed. I have s9. Earphones via Bluetooth not connecting and not picking up name on scan. Please help resolve.

Clear your Bluetooth cache and reset your network settings

1. Open settings> Apps> Bluetooth> Storage> Clear Cache

2. Settings> General Management> Reset> Reset network settings. 

3. Perform a soft reset: 
Press the side key and volume-down key simultaneously for about 8 to 10 seconds. 
* The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding till it restarts.
