Dear All,

 

i am facing a problem with the z fold3 with ear buds pro, earbuds pro works fine on youtube, (sometimes it disconnects or pause the video for no reason but thats not the problem i am talking about here now) .      but once i do a call  or i answer coming call  it disconnects and i keep pressing on the bluetooth icon on the call screen to switch it on,   it switchs on for a second  then turns off again  and the call sound goes to the mobile it self.

Try to reset the buds from earbuds setting and also check for software update.
