I notice that my earbuds life is below 12 hrs out of charging box 

Using only 4 the calls during duty (no music or game's)

Kindly note that the earbuds life depends on your usage. However, you may try to reset the buds from the Samsung wearable app > about earbuds > reset buds. Otherwise, you should check them in one of the authorized service centers.
