Earbuds not connecting

Hi, I have Galaxy S20 plus and Earbuds plus. My left earbud is not connecting. Tried charging the case. Unpaired and pair again. But still same issue. Need help for Troubleshooting.

Hi. you can try resetting your buds through Galaxy Wearable app.

Thanks for the suggestion. Issue still persist. I think I have to visit nearest service center
