WearablesHi, I have had the exact same problem with my Galaxy Buds Pro, although this did not happen with my previous Galaxy Buds... Is there an option of purchasing tips made of different materials?
PS: Samsung - I am registered for Samsung care and all relevant details should already be on your system.
