I purchased galaxy buds 2 pro, in first week all goes well and after sometime it started causing itching in the ear lead to fuild/**bleep** coming out of ear which are causing infection.
While sleeping at night water/**bleep** comes out of ear in an amount that i have to put any tissue or cloth under my ears. Same situation with both of the ears. I tried cleaning the buds, case and changing the tips as well but all in vain. MEMBERS, i need suggestions and remedy guidance from you. Even i want to highlight this to Samsung for compensation or any solution they could provide, because we can compromise our health due these accessories.
Ear buds are not supposed to be used everytime. Using frequently can remove the moisture inside the ear which leads to infection. See a specialist doctor
I never used continually, max continues time is half an hour or an hour. But i tried different pattrens in a month when i left using for 3 to 4 days ears got better but as soon as i again started using buds it creates itching and infection.
I never had any ear infection before this, but after using these buds, i got infected, and i came to a conclusion after observing a whole month using different usage patterns that there is something in Buds that causing itching lead to infection.
Hi This happened to me to, stared to get rashes in the ear after just a few days. I had to totaly to stop whering them and stared to use cheap earbuds instead. It's a shame because I loved the Galaxy buds 2 pro, I prefeard to use them over over my Bose and Sony M-1000mx3. I also tried to change the tips.. but the it was the same.
