How do I redeem for my free budd? App doesn't give me an option to redeem nor load my proof of purchase  and Samsung call center doesn't assist at all

Please note that Buds promotion is Applicable to the first 4,000 redeeming customers.

To claim try the following troubleshooting steps in order to redeem

1. Please check that your Samsung Account on the device is correct.

2. Uninstall the Samsung Members app, then re-install it again

3. Sign in with your Samsung Account on the Samsung Members app.

4. Check for the banner under "Benefits"

this is nonsense no where did it say only first 4k now its not benefits

I would like feedback or else I would like to take up with CPA

this was not on the mtn deal I have written to samsung and I intend on going to the CPA if this isn't sorted out

I have a picture of the of i bought into at mtn and it says nothing about first 4k
