Ear buds voucher issue

So now ear buds voucher is showing up but when i put all my info in end showing up put valid info upon calling call center they ask me to clean up cache which was already clean up they ask matter will be resolved soon but unable to explain why this is so happening in first place any one please explain why i am facing such issue

Change your address to match the format, it will be fixed had the same issue

Yes mine did the same but than it worked. U just have to put specific Address details, check spellings
