I am from Pakistan.Recently I have been using samsung buds 3 pro. One of its ear tip torn out while changing. Can I claim it from samsung as per warranty because I have brand warrenty of a year.
Yes. Unfortunately the Buds 3 pro had that issue..a factory fault with many units returned globally... I had issues with my buds 2.. one unit got faulty and they repaired it for free.. Go to the samsung store.
