Can you please let me know when can we expect the ECG update for galaxy watch active2?

You can manually activate the ECG and BP features by Installing the 2 Apps on your Samsung device.

1. Samsung Health Monitor

2. Samsung Retail Mode

Steps
1. First Install the retail Mode
2. Then Install the Samsung Health Monitor. The Samsung Health Monitor app would automatically appear on your watch.

Can assure you that its working on my Samsung Galaxy Active 2 BT and working perfectly!!
