ECG feature for India

We have been samsung patron from samsung galaxy Watch to Sam active then to active 2  with sales input that ECG will be enabled. Now it's Samsung watch 4 and still no active ECG feature. 

Can Samsung atleast provide input as to what is happening. Where it is stuck #samsungwatch4ecgIndia

Now Amazon is delivering in a day but we who have booked on Samsung App store have not yet got it. What is happening?

What is the reason for non availability of ECG, BP and samsung pay on galaxy watch 4 in Indian region.

If apple and fitbit can provide it, why samsung cannot?

Whether request for regulatory approval has been placed by Samsung and what is its status. Will we be getting these features in the near future?

Dear Samsung executives stop giving template answers !! Samsung ECG feature is promoted from Watch active 2 and now we are on Watch 5 Pro. And yet there is no ECG feature in India !!! Why do you care so less about Indians ????? How long you will continue to fool us !! Don't use feature for advertising...launch it !!! Tell us what is the delay !!!
