Just got the update for my Galaxy Watch 3 for the ECG and blood pressure functions. Blood pressure works 100% but I can't get the ECG to work. Nothing happens when I touch the top button. Any advise?

Same here. I have the watch active 2. Also got the update but no joy. Ecg keeps wanting me to moisturise.
