Dumped my buds plus today due to poor service standards

So finally I left  my buds plus at service center as they couldn't be repaired or replaced due to poor service standards . Despite of having bill from Samsung official website,  product under warranty and all accessories,  i faced lot of trouble. These people asked me to run pillar to post for resolving technical issue of buds. I asked them to dump the buds in dustbin. I don't need such poor quality product.
