I went today to double check the watch 5 pro in Carrefour, Emax and Jumbo, unfortunately non of them have a real display unit of all samsung watches, I was informed that Samsung is not interested to sell any, despite all other brands like Apple, Huawei and others have a real display units of all series.
My question, how does Samsung promote to their products without having real display units? Are they really not interested to sell? If yes, why I need to stay with Samsung products? FYI, my phone, watch and tablet from Samsung.
Kindly note that If you mean the display is facing issue, and you need to purchase the display itself. Unfortunately, Samsung doesn't sell parts, the devices should be submitted in the service center, and the technical team will replace them for the customer. If we misunderstand the case, please clarify more for further help.
