I bought samsung tab for my kids school and just few days back bought a fit 3 band as well for him however i got surprised that samsung didnt allow to connect the fit 3 band with the galaxy tab via wearable that is totally disappointing.
Samsung should allow the connectivity between galaxy tab and fit 3 band.
I understand your concern. Currently, Samsung Galaxy Fit3 and most wearables are designed to connect only with Galaxy phones, not tablets. This limitation is due to how the Galaxy Wearable app and health features are optimized for smartphones (for calls, notifications, Samsung Health sync, etc.).
Workarounds:
You can still use the Fit3 with a smartphone, then sync data to your child’s Samsung account, which can be accessed on the tablet through Samsung Health.
Feedback like yours is valuable, please share it via Samsung Members → Support → Send feedback so Samsung knows there’s demand for direct tablet pairing.
Hopefully in the future Samsung expands support to tablets, but for now it’s officially limited to phones.
