DELHIVERY one of the worst delivery company, today i received message that my order is out for delivery. It will reach you by end of today, at 12.00 PM i received OTP from DELHIVERY at 13.00 hrs waited for the delivery person throughout afternoon till 8.00 PM, now they update that "delivery failed due to OTP code Not available" which is totally a lie, samsung is engaging such people for delivery.
Yesterday the issue is completely settled, Even though it is in round about manner, that is, Refund of money, making new order and enabling pre book offer like that, in simple words SAMSUNG ensured that i am not in any financial loss, only thing the watch which was lost by the courier is billed in my name , i will resolve that too.
