I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Samsung.

I purchased a Samsung Watch Ultra with great trust in the brand’s reputation. However, I have now visited the Samsung Service Center at Deira City Center, Dubai, four times, and my issue is still not resolved.

Each time, I am asked to come back again without a clear explanation or proper solution. This is not the level of service expected from a global brand like Samsung.

Very disappointing experience. I hope Samsung takes customer concerns more seriously and improves its service standards.

Is this the level of service provided to customers? I am extremely disappointed with Samsung's service. In comparison, Apple often resolves issues on the first visit, which is highly commendable
