WearablesI had purchased Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 Steel 4G at Poorvika Mobile Store,Coimbatore, Tamilnadu on 18/07/2020 by way of 12 months EMI thru Kotak Mahindra Bank Debit Card ,I'm eligible for 10% cashback within 90 days of purchase. It's more than 120 days Samsung has not credited the cashback amount.
Customer Care nobody picks up the phone & email support is only for e-store .
How does one raise the issue with Samsung,if purchase done through offline store.

cashback was not valid on Tamil nadu state...due to the state internal policies...thank you..
