Budz + left side doesn't connect

My budz+ left side stopped working all of a sudden. I reset my budz as well but still doesn't seem to connect. Can anyone give me any tips on what to do to get this fixed? TIA

I'm not sure is it a software fault. So it is better to check it from a customer service centre.
