Buds3 pro, Mic not working and low volume isses

I have buds 3 pro device, my first samsung prodcut which is giving nightmares for me. Suddenly it starts mic not working, after some time suddenly both buuds became low volume. That time i again need to redtsrt mobile abd. Buds to work.devices both with latest software update, if any solution about this product pls help me.

Above suggestion not working dear, i am speaking about buds3 pro. These function is not happening for this model i think.

I have the same issue for buds pro 2 more than one year.... still not fixed.... disappointed with samsung support sometimes

Nothing happened same issue.... and i visited service center they cleaned and returned. After some time using another day same issue started. There is something from software, it is not related to hardware i belive. Pls share log with technical team and check where the issue exactly is happening.
