Reset the Buds: Hold both touchpads on the buds for 10 seconds until the light blinks red.
Update: Ensure both your phone and earbuds have the latest software via the Samsung Galaxy Wearable app.
Check Mic: Clean the mic area and make sure it's not blocked.
