Hi, my galaxy buds+ can't connect to my phone and I have already tried with 4 other phones. They are fully charged. What might be the problem? Please assist.

Place your earbuds in the charging case, and then close the lid. Wait 5-6 seconds, and then open the case. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. If they are already paired to another device, insert them into your ears and hold both touchpads for a few seconds until they enter pairing mode.

I've done that and they were only connected to my phone before they lost connection but can't connect anymore

Okay then you should reset them. I think that's one option you can do if you haven't yet.

Please ensure your device and buds are updated. To update your buds1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your device.
2. Select About earbuds.
3. Select Update earbuds software.
4. Select Download and install.

Reset your Galaxy Buds.

1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app.
2. Select About Earbuds.
3. Select Reset Earbuds.

Hi. My phone can't connect to my buds +.
1.I tried to close the charging case and open... No connection
2. I tried putting them I my ears and and press touchpads... Still nothing, even they make NO SOUND.
3. Galaxy wearable app does not pick them up, even my phone does not with Bluetooth
