WearablesHi, Asha108 please ensure that you are signed into your Samsung Members application and updated all the apps when starting up the device.
Kindly clear your cache.
Follow the steps below to do this:
- From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
- Select Settings.
- Select Apps.
- Tap on the 3 dots on the upper right.
- Select Show system Apps.
- Select Samsung Members App.
- Select Storage.
- Select Clear Cache.
If the issue persists, please perform a soft reset of your device.
Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.
*The device may take a screenshot, however, keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.
