Please ensure your device and buds are updated. To update your buds1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your device.
2. Select About earbuds.
3. Select Update earbuds software.
4. Select Download and install.
Reset your Galaxy Buds.
1. Open the Galaxy Wearable app.
2. Select About Earbuds.
3. Select Reset Earbuds.
1.I tried to close the charging case and open... No connection
2. I tried putting them I my ears and and press touchpads... Still nothing, even they make NO SOUND.
3. Galaxy wearable app does not pick them up, even my phone does not with Bluetooth
