Buds plus uneven battery utilisation

Hi,

Right side buds plus is draining battery 6 times faster.

Left is around 90 and right is 15.

I am facing same issue. Infact right side bud is not even charging properly.

Take your buds plus to the nearest Samsung service centre . They will take the buds plus and give you a DOA certificate.

2. Then scan that certificate and send it to support.estore@samsung.com.

3. After verification they will send the COUPON .

4. Redeem it from Samsung shopping app.
