I'm also facing the same issue. My left ear bud didn't charge frequently. I have to drop it multiple times to charge. I took this to divice center as well and I got a replacement. But the issue still persists.
Really it's a brand new..... This was pre ordered by the way..... Again I am still facing the same issue..... I put in on charge then when I opened after an hour **bleep** L 94 % & R 11%.... Why should I clean a brand new buds pro 3.... I received this around 6th Aug 2024.... Don't knw if samsung send a defect product..... I love everything about it..... But this charging issue is a real frustration
