Dear Samsung,
I have been using buds 3 pro connecting with Book 3 pro 360 Laptop (both of them are flagship gadegets) but i get to hear the audio only from right bud. The audio is not working on left earbud. I was searching for the solution online and came to know that some people have also complained about this on reddit. Purchasing these flagship products and paying such higher price and getting this in return was never expected. Please solve this.

Kindly reset the buds:
Step1: Kindly open Galaxy Wearable App.
Step2: Tap on about earbuds.
Step3: Reset earbuds.
