Wearables
Anyone have solution for buds 3 pro?
Yesterday opened new pack, currently while connecting it shows 2 devices in bluetooth.
Wearable app says left earbud 1%
When wearing left earbud its being detected as in right ear.
Tried multiple times disconnecting, resetting from wearable still unable to fix it.
Any way to factory reset these ?
Help will be much appreciated else I have to return it.

• To resolve connectivity and syncing issues with Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, ensure proper Bluetooth connections and disconnect previous connections.
• Perform a factory reset through the Samsung Wearable app or manually by pressing the button on the charging case for 10-15 seconds.
• Re-pair the earbuds after the reset.
• Check for firmware updates in the Samsung Wearable app.
• If the issue persists, consider returning or exchanging the earbuds due to a possible hardware defect.
