Buds 3 and Buds 3 Pro allergic issues?

Hello everyone!

I bought previously multiple Buds models including the Buds Pro, Buds 2 and Buds 2 Pro. Unfortunately I had to return them all at the time due to the severe ear irritating and everything reaction they caused which needed days to weeks to heal.

So my question is to all of you who had developed similar allergic issues before upon Buds use and tried now the new Buds 3 and/or Buds 3 Pro to share with us their experiences so far in this regard.

Any allergic issues or ear irritations so far from the use of the Buds 3 series?

I dont think it's caused by ear buds..i am also using. And not only me.many user using it..but never heard this type of allergy issue

Hi,

I had used Buds pro. Now I am using Buds 2 Pro, but I don't have faced any allergic issue like you described.

It seems, you have very sensitive skin.

It doesn't have to do with having "a very sensitive skin", rather it is an issue that has been acknowledged by Samsung and Samsung released allergy info on their website for that. You are lucky you had no allergies, but a lot of users out there had developed allergies for many previous Buds models. Samsung revealed on their website that the allergies might be related to the components being used in their products, especially the polycarbonate body which has acrylate and the stainless steel mesh, which has nickel inside.

The allergic reactions might be caused by one of these components.

So that's why I asked the question here, to see if this will change now by the new Buds3 series and how the experiences now are, especially with those who had allergies before.

If you feel ear pain or skin irritation occurs while using the earbuds, please immediately stop using the device and visit your doctor for consultation.

And we recommend removing earbuds periodically from your ears so that the humidity inside the ears can be lowered when using the device for a long time.

After prolonged wearing Buds please dry your ears and, clean the earbuds and ear tips regularly to prevent any problems.
