I have an issue with my Ear bud 3 pro ,
Both ear piece corner have an Paint removed by put in ear bud case , that both corner not to have an any scratches automatically ,so today I am escalated in service center also ,waiting for the reply ,how it's come it's an quality issue, 

Before I raised

Now solution Given by samsung service center. 

New ear buds changed by Samsung service center today

No use escalating in service centre..its a known issue which samsung has acknowledged
..this issue is reportedly resolved with buds 4 series

I need and solutions for this , it's an premium product, but here the Quality issue will create means , why I will give that price to buy the product, so given an valid response for this....

Today i got new ear buds received from samsung service center, Thanks to Hosur samsung Service center. Quick response from service center. Now my Issue is solved.
