There is serious bugs in buds 2 pro im using with s23 ultra..every time if im watching media and suddenly i received call between after finish my call when i returned to media again There is no sound..even volume is full in settings ..and media is connected in Bluetooth setting also..i can't accept this kind of product from Samsung..even i was using huawei Bluetooth with this mobile There was no any issue.. what a shitt

You can try resetting the network settings on your Galaxy device to see if that clears the problem. Navigate to and open Settings, then tap General management, and then tap Reset. Tap Reset network settings, then tap Reset settings, and then tap Reset.

Restart the earbuds. Put the buds back in the case and close the lid. Wait for the light on the case to go out, about 7 seconds, and then try to connect the earbuds again.

Charge the earbuds for at least 30 minutes, and Insert the earbuds into the case and close the lid until the LED light goes out. If the indicator light flashes red or orange, charge the earbuds and case.

Reset the Wearable app. Open Settings on your phone, and then tap Apps. Locate and then tap Galaxy Wearable. Tap Storage and then tap Clear data. Tap OK on the popup.
