Facing very weird experience with latest buds 2 pro software update...
Can't use it even for 5 mins
Kindly of irritation and dizziness after using it.
Not sure it's because of the buds update or the one UI update.
Anybody else facing it??

No. Buds 2 Pro are fine.
Are you facing this issue after recent security patch update?

I am uncertain whether this is due to the security patch update or the buds software update, as I updated them at approximately the same time.

Thank you for contacting us and sharing your concern regarding your Galaxy Buds2 Pro after the latest software update. We understand how uncomfortable it must be to experience irritation and dizziness while using them.

Please try the following steps to help resolve the issue:

  1. Update software: Ensure both your Galaxy Buds2 Pro and your phone are running the latest software versions. Go to Galaxy Wearable app > Earbuds software update.
  2. Reset earbuds: In the Galaxy Wearable app, select Earbuds settings > Reset earbuds to refresh their configuration.
Check fit and ear tips: Sometimes discomfort can be caused by ear tip size or fit. Try using different ear tips included in the box.
  3. Disable 360 Audio/ANC temporarily: Go to Galaxy Wearable app > Earbuds settings and turn off features like 360 Audio or Active Noise Cancelling to see if symptoms improve.
Test with another device: Pair the Buds2 Pro with a different phone or tablet to confirm if the issue is related to the earbuds or your device software.
  4. Clear cache partition on phone: Power off your phone. > Press and hold Volume Up + Power until the Samsung logo appears. > Use the volume keys to highlight Wipe cache partition and confirm with the Power button.

If the issue persists after these steps, we recommend visiting a Samsung Authorized Service Center for a full inspection of both your earbuds and device. You can locate your nearest center here: Samsung Service Centers.
