Please try the following steps to help resolve the issue:
- Update software: Ensure both your Galaxy Buds2 Pro and your phone are running the latest software versions. Go to Galaxy Wearable app > Earbuds software update.
- Reset earbuds: In the Galaxy Wearable app, select Earbuds settings > Reset earbuds to refresh their configuration.
Check fit and ear tips: Sometimes discomfort can be caused by ear tip size or fit. Try using different ear tips included in the box. - Disable 360 Audio/ANC temporarily: Go to Galaxy Wearable app > Earbuds settings and turn off features like 360 Audio or Active Noise Cancelling to see if symptoms improve.
Test with another device: Pair the Buds2 Pro with a different phone or tablet to confirm if the issue is related to the earbuds or your device software. - Clear cache partition on phone: Power off your phone. > Press and hold Volume Up + Power until the Samsung logo appears. > Use the volume keys to highlight Wipe cache partition and confirm with the Power button.
